HGVs travelling through Sproughton to avoid A14 roadworks

There is a contraflow system in place on the A14 for roadworks and there's a diversion through Sproughton. However, lorries are not supposed to use the diversion through the village because the streets are narrow and old. They are disobeying this and going through there at night even when the contraflow is 24/7. It's also the noise and makes houses shake when they go past even in the day.
