"I do believe we have the makings of a deal ... there's nothing more important," President Trump said ahead of a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, where the were to discuss a potential new peace agreement with Russia. President Trump added that he has no deadline for finalizing a deal and said he planned to call President Vladimir Putin after the meeting to continue negotiations.
