MI5 chief says Salisbury poisoning was 'deliberate, targeted' act by Russian state

MI5 Director-General Andrew Parker said Russia has attempted to undermine the world's free, open and democratic societies through "targeted" and "malign" acts, such as the Salisbury nerve agent attack in March.
