A North Carolina father has been charged with the murders of his four children after he called 911 to chillingly confess the killings. Wellington Delano Dickens III, 38, was arrested Tuesday at his home in Zebulon — about 20 miles outside of Raleigh — after he allegedly told 911 operators that he had killed his children, the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.
