T'puram: The Deputy Director of Panchayats has instructed all panachayat secretaries to convene meetings on Thursday evening to discuss various matters regarding the upcoming Women's Wall. The circular also calls for squad works at the panchayat level to ensure maximum participation of women in the programme.
