Gov. Cox visits Monroe Canyon Fire, urges ‘extreme caution’ statewide

One day after declaring a state of emergency, Utah Gov. Spencer Cox visited central Utah on Friday to take an aerial tour of the Monroe Canyon Fire and meet with local and federal officials about the firefighting effort.
