Amid North Korea's missile test volley, South Korea's ballistic rocket warning to Kim Jong Un

North and South Korea tested ballistic missiles hours apart from each other on Wednesday. The North fired two ballistic missiles across its east coast and hours later South Korea tested its first submarine-launched ballistic missile. The North’s ballistic missile test violates UNSC resolutions that bar Pyongyang from engaging in any ballistic missile activities. Its test also came on the day of Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi’s meeting with South Korea’s President Moon Jae-In, held to discuss the North’s nuclear issue.
