Policing plans were revealed by the Miami Police Department and Mayor Francis Suarez on Monday on the eve of Trump's arrival at the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. Courthouse at 3pm on Tuesday. "They can just go around anywhere they want?" a reporter asked about demonstrators outside, to which Miami Police Chief Manny Morales responded, "That's what freedom of speech is."
