Family of Mentally Ill Georgia Man Killed by Police Sues County Alleging Discrimination Against the Mentally Ill

The family of a DeKalb County man killed by police experiencing a mental health crisis is suing the County alleging it violated the Americans with Disabilities Act. Matthew Zadok Williams' family filed the lawsuit on Feb. 17.
