A 110-foot Ferris wheel, a rodeo, and a scaled-down replica of U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed “Triumphal Arch” have risen on the National Mall as part of preparations for the United States’ 250th birthday celebrations. The Great American State Fair, a 16-day event, will stretch along the National Mall and feature concert stages, state pavilions, exhibits, rides, and other attractions, according to Freedom 250.
