Each May during the National Restaurant show in Chicago, Food Arts hosts a world-class culinary showdown. All the proceeds go directly to charity (Share Our Strength) and assist in the fight against hunger. During the event, celebrity chefs compete for the "Best of the Best" award, selected by our judges, and the "Best Tabletop" award selected by our editors. The 9th Annual Championship Food Arts/ SOS BBQ & Cookout will take place on May 20th 2007.
