29-year-old Negasi Zuberi was arrested in his Klamath Falls, Oregon home on July 16 after an interstate kidnapping victim he had forced into a cinderblock cell escaped and alerted police. The FBI announced on August 2 that he is tied to at least 4 other sexual assaults across 4 states.
