[What It Means to Be American] was the grand prize winners in C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam documentary contest. Mason Daugherty and Eli Scott, juniors at Imagine International Academy of North Texas in McKinney, Texas, produced this video on the 2019 theme, "What Does it Mean to be American?" C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme.
