Visa: Click-and-Mortar Shoppers Demand Digital Simplicity, Expanded Payment Options In-Store

Rob Cameron, global head of acceptance solutions at Visa, tells Karen Webster that consumers are becoming increasingly indifferent to the channels in which they shop — but across eight countries, thousands of merchants and tens of thousands of shoppers, the latest Global Digital Shopping Index shows they want the convenience of digital, mobile commerce to come to brick-and-mortar settings.
