US military forces boarded an oil tanker in the Indian Ocean after tracking the vessel from the Caribbean, with officials saying the ship was operating in defiance of President Trump’s quarantine of sanctioned vessels. Footage released by the US Department of War shows troops rappelling from a helicopter onto the tanker Aquila II, which was sailing under a Panamanian flag and last reported its location in the Baltic Sea in late October.
