Dean Nelson, executive director of Human Coalition Action and chairman of the board for the Douglass Leadership Institute, confronted police officers for detaining two pro-life activists for trying to chalk "Black Preborn Lives Matter" on the sidewalk in front of a D.C. Planned Parenthood Saturday.
