Kouri Richins is on trial for aggravated murder and attempted murder of her husband, Eric, insurance fraud and forgery. She has pleaded not guilty. Despite repeated requests to move it, the trial will stay in Summit County. It begins on Feb. 23 and is expected to last through March 26, 2026.
