Psaki says White House will let Justice department decide on Cuomo allegations response

White House press secretary Jen Psaki took a swipe at Donald Trump's administration when answering a question on the White House's course of action over Andrew Cuomo allegations, stating that "we do something new here" and will allow the Justice department to decide on the response.
