Gavin Newsom Scolds Beachgoers in Orange and Ventura Counties

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) criticized beachgoers Monday in Orange County and Ventura County, who had taken to the coast in large numbers over the weekend, saying that their behavior was an example of “what not to do.”
