T'puram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was silent in Assembly over the questions in connection with the nepotism charges against KT Jaleel. He has not responded to the four questions raised by VT Balram, Sunny Joseph and Manjalamkuzhi Ali. V T Balram asked whether is it mandatory to have the recommendation of an expert committee before appointing officers in the senior most posts at government level and whether these rules were followed while appointing KT Adeeb.
