COME VISIT BEAUTIFUL PORTLAND! A woman was knocked unconscious in a "seemingly random assault” on July 28 when an unknown suspect threw a metal bottle at her face. The victim blamed city leaders for defunding the police and there not being enough officers to protect citizens from violent crime.
