Piper EJ Jones plays as a lone piper on top of the McGonigel’s Mucky Duck on March 16. Jones came from Asheville to perform St. Patrick’s Day at The Duck. He said he was upset officials closed restaurants and bars due to the coronavirus, which is why he wanted to perform for the people near by.
