Traveler films damage after LaGuardia plane crash

LaGuardia Airport was closed for about 14 hours after an Air Canada Express regional jet arriving from Montreal collided with a fire truck late Sunday night, killing the pilot and copilot. The flight, operated by Jazz Aviation, was carrying about 72 passengers and four crew members, with at least 41 people reported injured. Officials said the fire truck crew had been responding to another incident at the time. Footage captured by Stefano Cagnoni the following day shows the damaged aircraft and emergency vehicle still on the runway.
