AZ Poll Watcher Claims Poll Observer from California Came to State to "Help Turn this Precinct Blue"

During a hearing on alleged voter fraud in Arizona Monday, Anna Horth, a poll watcher from Pima County, Arizona, told state legislators she met poll observers from California who told her they were there to help turn an Arizona precinct blue.
