Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) said on this week's broadcast of MSNBC's "The Sunday Show with Jonathan Capehart" that if Donald Trump was president during the Russian invasion of Ukraine he would be praising President Vladimir Putin and "denigrating NATO."
