U.S. Senate candidate Brian Bengs (I-SD) gets into a verbal altercation with a protestor outside of the U.S. Capitol. The protester calls Bengs a "Democrat" and accuses U.S. Senate candidate Dan Osborn (I-NE) of using an epithet to describe his fellow Nebraskans.
