Tiger Woods' Ex Is Suing Him For $30M For Locking Her Out Of House

Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman is suing the golfer for $30 million after his agents allegedly locked her out of their shared home in Florida. Herman, who was in a six-year relationship with Woods, claims that they had an “oral tenancy agreement”. In the lawsuit, Herman claims that she was tricked into leaving the home by the golfer’s agents. They allegedly told her to pack a suitcase for a vacation but “when she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out of her residence”. Herman claims that Woods’ agents tried to “justify their illegal conduct” by paying for a hotel room for a short period. Woods has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, claiming his ex-girlfriend is not a “tenant”, according to the Residential Landlord Tenant Act. Herman filed an opposition to Woods’ dismissal motion. She also aked the court if her NDA with him could be deemed not “enforceable” due to alleged sexual harassment or assault.
