Kozhikode: RSS leader Valsan Thillankeri's claim that he had verified the ages of all the 15 woman police officers who were deployed at Sannidhanam in Sabarimala during Chithira Attavisesham held in the first week of November has kicked up a storm. He was speaking at a meeting organised by various Hindu outfits for protection of Sabarimala at Muthalakulam here. He said it was learnt that the husband of a woman police officer was found to be 49 and hence they suspected that the woman police officer is under 50. When they informed the police about it, the top officers allowed them to verify the ages of the woman police officers, Thillankeri claimed. Earlier, the leader had put the government in a soup when he spoke to the devotees using a megaphone of the police from atop the holy Pathinettam Padi.
