According to Toronto designer Cori Halpern, every project starts with something magical. “For this one, it was the drapery fabric because there are so many windows” she says. “It had to be a statement.” The 1,660-square-foot unit was a white box until Cori transformed every inch of it with color, pattern, art and mid century-inspired elements.
