The case involving the constitutionality of Gov. Tom Wolf's pandemic shutdown orders continues to wind through the federal court system

Attorneys for Gov. Wolf and Health Secretary Rachel Levine filed a motion to stay a ruling earlier this week that found his stay-at-home orders stemming from the pandemic were unconstitutional.
