Western Pennsylvania moved to the green phase of the state’s tiered reopening plan at 12:01 a.m. Friday, a step into a semblance of normalcy not seen since mid-March. The Tribune-Review is out and about throughout the region as businesses reopen to patrons for the first time in months.
