This video recorded between Shawn Davis, right, and Darohn Winmon, being held at the Allegheny County Jail, on Sept. 25, 2022, was played during a bail hearing on Friday before Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Beth A. Lazzara. Davis, who had been on pre-trial release with electronic home monitoring for an aggravated assault case with an attempted shooting Downtown, repeatedly took his bracelet off and on for several weeks. According to testimony during Friday's court hearing, Allegheny County adult probation was alerted that Davis' bracelet was removed on Oct. 26.
