Some streets in Ogden are without water Friday morning due to emergency repairs being done to a pipeline. Ogden City said in a news release that streets at 1200 N. between Liberty Ave. and Orchard Ave. will be affected by the pipeline repair. The city said water is expected to be restored at noon on Friday.
