New Yorkers step out in green to celebrate the St. Patrick’s Day Parade

It’s that time of year when Irish New Yorkers celebrate their heritage for St. Patrick’s Day. The annual parade, held in Midtown, begins at 11:00 a.m. The parade will start on Fifth Avenue and end at 79th Street. Mayor Zohran Mamdani and NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch will join the 150,000 people who march in the parade.
