WINNING FOOT SKILL DRILLS – Inside/Outside 2. English FA coach, Neil McKay, teaches you the next progression of the Inside Outside skill; how to move the ball to the side taking two touches using both feet. Take two touches to move the ball laterally, starting with the instep of one foot then pushing it further with the outside of the other foot. Repeat the skill in the other direction with the same inside outside movement. Be sure to shuffle sideways in tandem with the ball while maintaining your balance. Practice this for 2-3 minutes, 5 times a week to improve your coordination and control.
