Tim Walz claimed to be a Sergeant Major despite retiring as a Master Sergeant and insinuated he “came back” from war to Gold Star parents whose veteran son had taken his own life. Walz, now the Democrat vice presidential nominee, has been accused of stolen valor for allegedly misrepresenting his rank and suggesting he participated in combat.
