An innocent 61-year-old woman was fatally shot coming out of her Harlem apartment building Tuesday night after two men opened fire on each other, police sources said. The woman took a bullet to the head when she got caught in the crossfire leaving the building at West 113th Street and Lenox Avenue just before 10:30 p.m., according to the sources.
