New Delhi: Bishop Agnelo Rufino Gracias clarified that the expense of Bishop Franco Mulakkal's case proceedings will not be met by the Jalandhar Diocese. The Diocese informed that the case expenses must be taken care of by Franco's kin, adding that neither Franco nor the nun, who is the complainant, has approached the Diocese for financial aid, until now.
