Flagship incredulous over EA’s Ole Miss snub; Texas, Oklahoma now officially in SEC

EA Sports released last week team rankings for its soon-to-hit-the-shelves revival of its wildly-popular college football video game title. Turns out not everybody is all that high on Ole Miss football in 2024-25. The Rebels, who won a program-record 11 games last season, are predictably hovering around the Top 10. However, unlike most others, EA has Ole Miss on the outside looking in. Actually, EA prefers the likes of Colorado, LSU, Clemson and Penn State to Ole Miss, especially the offense. The latter three all have overall offense ratings higher than the Rebels’ 87. Zach Berry (Ole Miss Spirit) and Grayson Weir (Bro Bible) discuss in an all-new edition of ‘The Flagship,’ powered by College Corner. Plus, Texas and Oklahoma are officially members of the SEC. Allow us to welcome them accordingly.
