Gov. Abbott requests possible pardon for Daniel Perry

Governor Greg Abbott is pledging to pardon Army Sergeant Daniel Perry who was convicted of murder for shooting a Black Lives Matter protester at an Austin rally in 2020. Perry said e fired his handgun in self-defense after he said protesters surrounded his car as he was driving through Austin. Perry's lawyers argued he had the right to open fire when one demonstrator raised a rifle at him. FOX's Christina Coleman reports with more details.
