For Boris Johnson, PMQs today was supposed to be about the big reset of his government. We had the big announcements at the weekend of changes to his top team in No10. Yesterday we had the mini reshuffle and then today Boris Johnson came to PMQs armed with a big announcement - that all remaining COVID restrictions in England COULD come to an end a month earlier than expected. That announcement was aimed squarely at those Conservative backbenchers who have long been lockdown sceptics and who have long called for the lifting of remaining COVID restrictions in England.
