Passengers in London have been hit by chaos as the Christmas getaway begins with trains being cancelled from Euston and a last-minute Eurostar strike. Eurostar said all journeys through the Channel Tunnel have been halted from midday until 3.30pm due to a “last-minute strike" by staff at operator Getlink.
