Disgraced South Carolina lawyer and convicted murderer Alex Murdaugh appeared in Beaufort County court Tuesday to be sentenced for his financial crimes. The son of former housekeeper, Gloria Satterfield, spoke to Murdaugh in court during his sentencing today.
