President Trump made his first comments about the still-too-close-to-call parliamentary elections in Israel Wednesday in California, reiterating that the U.S. relationship is "with Israel" and would continue whether or not Benjamin Netanyahu remains as Prime Minister. <blockquote>REPORTER: Have you spoken to Netanyahu?
